These Terms govern your use of AI LogoBolt. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

AI LogoBolt provides AI-assisted logo generation and download tools. Features, availability, generation times, and supported formats may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and credits

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Free generation allowances are enforced by technical usage controls. Your purchased logo balance is a one-time-use service balance, not currency, and has no cash value.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and included logos are shown before checkout. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed purchases are non-refundable once the logo balance or download access has been delivered.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain any rights you have in text or other material you submit. You give us permission to process that material only as needed to operate the service. AI output may resemble existing designs, may not be unique, and is not guaranteed to be eligible for trademark or other legal protection. You are responsible for checking names, logos, trademarks, and intended uses before publishing or selling anything.

License

Logos generated with a paid pack and downloaded without a watermark may be used for commercial purposes, including band merchandise, album covers, social media, websites, and promotional materials. Free watermarked previews are for personal evaluation only. AI-generated output may not be unique and is not guaranteed to qualify for trademark registration; you remain responsible for checking third-party rights before commercial use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AI LogoBolt to violate law or third-party rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, abuse payment systems, bypass usage limits, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with its operation.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific creative result, uniqueness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI LogoBolt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to AI LogoBolt during the 12 months before the claim.
