This policy explains what AI LogoBolt collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, encrypted authentication records, and information returned by Google when you choose Google sign-in.
• Usage information: IP address used to enforce the free allowance, requested logo text and style settings, task identifiers, credit balances, and service logs.
• Payment information: purchase status, package, amount, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Stripe processes card details; AI LogoBolt does not store full card numbers.
• Analytics information: page paths, browser and device information, interactions, and session recordings or heatmaps collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Local browser data: sign-in state, recent result information, checkout context, and preference data stored in local storage when needed for site features.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide logo generation and downloads, authenticate accounts, manage credits and purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, understand product usage, improve conversion and usability, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers and sharing

We share data only as needed with service providers that operate the site, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, APIMart for image generation, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in and analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for product analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including account, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal recordkeeping. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices

You may block cookies or local storage in your browser, though some features may stop working. You may also use browser privacy tools to limit analytics. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, email us. Some transaction and security records may be retained where legally required.

6. Children and international use

AI LogoBolt is not directed to children under 13. The service may process information in countries other than your own through the providers listed above.
